Professional evaluation
A complete assessment of football level, key qualities and development potential.
SCOUTING
Observe well. Evaluate better. Create opportunity.
Our scouting process combines live observation, technical evaluation and a clear understanding of each player’s potential.
Clear feedback
Concrete guidance on strengths, areas to improve and the next objectives.
Opportunity
Eligible profiles may access training pathways and future sporting opportunities.
SCOUTING METHOD
Observe. Evaluate. Explain. Decide.
Scouting should be understandable to the player. A yes or no is not enough; the player should know what was assessed.
OBSERVE
Technique, off-ball behaviour and game reading.
EVALUATE
Athletic profile, intensity, decisions and adaptability.
FEEDBACK
Strengths, development areas and the next priority.
NEXT STEP
Further observation, development or an opportunity when one exists.
