Technical excellence
Structured scouting, professional evaluation and clear feedback for every player.
OUR VISION
Football brings cultures together.
We want to build an inclusive, merit-based community where talent, discipline and human values grow together, with clear pathways from Academy to First Team and, for eligible profiles, support toward the Egypt national-team eligibility pathway.
Inclusion & integration
Equal opportunity, respect for identity and football as a bridge between communities.
Transparent pathways
Tryouts, measurable goals, individual development and meritocracy.
THE PATHWAY
From the foundation to the next level.
KEMET FC is not about promising contracts. It is about building a serious, transparent pathway based on merit.
ACADEMY
Fundamentals, discipline and individual development.
FIRST TEAM
Competition, responsibility and consistency.
OPPORTUNITY
Visibility, scouting and next steps when the profile is ready.
